Dosage

Pharmacological action

Iodine tincture:

Iodine Glycerin:
1. Take 1ml of iodine, dilute it with water, add sodium thiosulfate test solution, the brown color should disappear.
2. Take the solution left over from the identification (1) and add sodium cobalt nitrite test solution to form a yellow precipitate.
3. The infrared absorption spectrum of iodine should be consistent with that of glycerol control.
Iodine tincture:
1. The amount of ethanol: take about 20ml of iodine, put it in an iodine measuring bottle, add an appropriate amount of zinc powder to decolorize it, filter it, accurately measure 10ml of the subsequent filtrate, and measure it according to the method for measuring the amount of ethanol (General Rule 0711 Gas Chromatography). It is 45.0%-55.0% (ml/ml).
